Can The Ravens Get Lucky At No. 29?

There's no guarantee that the Ravens will stand pat with the 29th overall pick in this year's NFL Draft. After all, Baltimore has made first-round trades five of the last six years. But, if the Ravens do make a go of it at No. 29, what sort of talent might they be able to score?

Here's a look back at what teams have gotten at lucky(?) No. 29 during each of the last 10 drafts, including the Ravens themselves, who took Ben Grubbs at No. 29 in 2007.

Year Team Pick Position School
2011 Bears Gabe Carimi OL Wisconsin
2010 Jets Kyle Wilson CB Boise State
2009 Giants Hakeem Nicks WR North Carolina
2008 49ers Kentwan Balmer DE North Carolina
2007 Ravens Ben Grubbs G Auburn
2006 Jets Nick Mangold C Ohio State
2005 Colts Marlin Jackson DB Michigan
2004 Falcons Michael Jenkins WR Ohio State
2003 Packers Nick Barnett MLB Oregon State
2002 Bears Marc Colombo T Boston College
