PressBox and Sports Authority have team up to celebrate youth sports...

Each week, one team will be randomly selected from all nominations, and the winning team and its organization will get special discounts at Sports Authority.

All rec, club and elementary, middle and high school teams are eligible, and anyone can submit a nomination.

You can send in nominations by mail (address below) or email. All nominations must include the following:

• Your name, email address and phone number to follow up with any questions
• A high-resolution photo of the team
• Names of all the coaches and participants (even ones not shown in photo) 
• The league, age group and any other team information
