Six Terps made the Inside Lacrosse preseason All-America list: senior Grant Catalino (first team); senior Brett Schmidt (second team); senior Ryan Young (third team); and sophomore John Haus, senior Brian Farrell and senior Max Schmidt (honorable mention).

Catalino has led the Terps in points three-straight years (42 in 2008, 47 in 2009 and 54 in 2010), while Young led the team in assists in 2008 (18) and 2010 (30).

The Terps, ranked fifth in Lacrosse Magazine's preseason poll, are returning nine of 10 starters from 2010, when they were seeded third in the NCAA tournament and lost during the quarterfinals to eventual runner-up Notre Dame.
