PressBox, in conjunction with Sports Boosters (5013-C Charitable Organization), and key sponsors are combining forces to improve the grades, spirits and athletic performance of high school kids who may otherwise be left behind. 

All students in designated schools who raises their overall average one full letter grade from the first quarter of 2011 to the second quarter of 2011 will receive a free, brand new pair of athletic shoes.

The program mission statement is: "Increase high school competency and attendance through positive reinforcement of the message that hard work and better grades open doors and create the opportunity for a better future."
