If Ravens Can't Trade Down, Their Options At No. 22 Pick Are ...

April 24, 2019
The NFL Draft is tomorrow. FINALLY!

My final first-round mock and seven-round Ravens mock will come out April 25, but I wanted to give some thoughts now on the Ravens' first pick (No. 22 overall).

My first thought is to trade down, then trade down again and maybe again. Get as many picks as you can in the second, third and fourth rounds of this draft.

If the Ravens can't trade down, here are five players I want them to select at No. 22:

A.J. Brown, WR, Mississippi
Garrett Bradbury, C, NC State
Cody Ford, G/OT, Oklahoma
Dalton Risner, C/G/OT, Kansas State
Chris Lindstrom, G, Boston College

Next, here are five players I believe could be available when they select at No. 22:

Dalton Risner, C/G/OT, Kansas State
Erik McCoy, C, Texas A&M
A.J. Brown, WR, Mississippi
D.K. Metcalf, WR, Mississippi
Clelin Ferrell, EDGE, Clemson

Lastly, here are five players I do not want to see drafted at No. 22:

D.K. Metcalf, WR, Mississippi
Hakeem Butler, WR, Iowa State
Parris Campbell, WR, Ohio State
Clelin Ferrell, EDGE, Clemson
Josh Jacobs, RB, Alabama

No heavy lifting here -- just some of my thoughts on the eve of the draft.
